About OASYS

• Founded 1992 in Bremen as Rocky Mountain Instrument GmbH by the Rocky Mountain Instrument Corp., Longmont, CO, USA and Dipl.- Ing. (FH) Hans-J. Meister, Bremen. The plan was the installation of a sales and coating company for the optical producal products of RMI/USA.

• 1995 it was dicided that RMI withdraw from the European market and their shares were aquired by the managing director Hans-J. Meister. The cooperation with RMI/USA was continued, but the name of the company was changed to “OASYS GmbH Optics and Systems”.

• OASYS GmbH is still working in the field of optical components for Laser systems. But in the meantime the company is also a well known supplier of special optical components that are used for example in measuring- and analytical devices, and sensors. For his customers OASYS is using his worldwide contacts to offer economical and technical optimized product solutions.
